What Is An Air Scrubber?
We spend about 90% of our time in enclosed spaces. Contrary to popular belief, indoor air is between 2 and 8 times more polluted than indoor air. It is often responsible for
- Allergy attacks
- Respiratory diseases
An air scrubber is a portable filtration system. It protects your health and promotes your well-being. How? By cleaning your air polluted by:
The purifiers can be sometimes equipped with a high-density activated carbon filter. This will absorb the components responsible for bad smells such as:
Sleeping in a healthy environment promotes quality sleep. Some purifiers may be even equipped with a night mode that makes the device almost inaudible. The power consumption of our appliances is equal to that of a domestic lamp.
How Does It Work?
Air Scrubbers restore air quality. They draw air in from the surrounding environment. Then it will remove the contaminants like molds by passing through a series of filters. The contaminants which trapped inside are all filtered. They go through a yellow hose which leads to the outside of the property. This process is well known as negative air pressurization.
In general, at least 6 ACH is now required. In other words, an air scrubber must finish six air changes every hour, or once every 10 minutes. For better air quality our team of specialists increases the ACH. This enables them to ensure quality service. They cover more CFM and reset the air 60-120 times during the span of the remediation service. Because for us, our customers’ health and trust are very much valued.
What Is a HEPA Filter?
HEPA is an acronym that stands for “High-Efficiency Particulate Air”. It refers to a filter that is :
- Labeled under current HEPA filter standards.
HEPA Filters are now used to remove at least 99.97% air contaminants such as:
- Airborne particles that are as small as 0.3 microns in diameter
Thanks to HEPA filters, you can now trap these air pollutants. This allows you to protect your family from allergies.
Our air purifiers have been all tested by an independent laboratory to attest :
- Their ability to remove fine particles, VOCs and bacteria
- Their noise level
- Their power consumption
Call us now and we’ll be more than glad to help you out fight back and exterminate these air contaminants.
